About M&A adviser Dermot Grant

Dermot is co-founder of Origin Corporate Finance and he has extensive experience in advising on merger, acquisition and sale transactions in most sectors including software, education, health, retail and distribution. Dermot is a Chartered Certified Accountant, a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Dermot worked with Ernst & Young before setting up the practice and his 30 years professional practice experience includes 15 years in corporate finance. Dermot was lead adviser on a large number of M&A deals in Ireland and the UK. He has excellent negotiation experience and understanding of the complex reorganisation and tax issues that arise on M&A transactions.
