John is born in 1972 and studied at the NIVRA Nijenrode University at Breukelen in the Netherlands. There he became CPA and got his master degree in financial management in 1999.
Before becoming an M&A adviser with his own company FairTrans Bedrijfsovername BV he worked at several accounting firms.
Main skills of John can be found in financing, Dutch taxes, preparing and optimizing companies for sale and of course selling and buying companies especially in the wholesale trade market.
John has also experience with and an excellent network in private investors and private equity funds in and outside the Netherlands for funding projects from € 1 mln. up to € 200 mln.
