About M&A adviser Jorge Blasco

Jorge is an M&A adviser specializing in technology with gravitas and an international track record. A seasoned entrepreneur, M&A corporate finance adviser, and venture capitalist, he brings over two decades of experience in strategy, management, and investments to the global business landscape. As an ESADE Strategy and General Management lecturer, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and fostering growth of the next generation of business leaders.

Experience areas:

Jorge graduated in industrial engineering with an MBA from ESADE Business School and an Industrial Engineering degree from ETSEIB, UPC, Barcelona. He has built a successful career spanning various roles and industries. As the Managing Director of The Net Street, a corporate finance technology boutique, he effectively advised over 200 companies in fundraising and sell-side M&A, raising more than 100 million euros in funds.
His entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and leading Boutique Secret, a family-focused e-commerce platform, which he successfully sold to Bertelsmann, and Family Lovely Media Group, a digital media company with over 500,000 engaged users and 500 corporate clients. He also served as the CEO and Chairman of MDS (Groupalia, Offerum and Bellahora), where he executed a successful turnaround and M&A sell-side of the group of companies.
As a private investor and board member, his portfolio includes over 20 investments in digital tech startups across various sectors such as fintech, mobile, blockchain, and virtual reality
