Luis graduated in Law and is member of the Bar of Madrid (Barrister-at-Law). He also holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA. Before establishing his own M&A practice, Luis worked in Brussels (Belgium) at an official delegation for the EU for almost 10 years.
