About M&A adviser Philippe Rooseleer
Philippe developed a multidisciplinary experience in finance, supply chain management and sales & marketing in several companies and sectors. He started his career as Supply Chain Manager in one of the industrial plants of Solvay Group. Consequently, he developed extended experience in Sales & Marketing. Since 1995 Philippe has reoriented his career to Financial Management as Corporate Controller of Noord Natie Group. Since 2004, Philippe is active as a Corporate Finance consultant. Philippe focuses mainly on mergers & acquisitions, start-up and growth finance, business recovery, international expansion, project finance and strategic planning. Philippe speaks Dutch, English French and has a good knowledge of the German language.

Philippe studied and got degrees in Applied Economics (Catholic University of Leuen, Belgium), MBA (Solvay Business School, Belgium) and Master in Controllership (Vlerick Business School, Belgium)
