The company is a well-known manufacturing and assembly company specialized mainly in high volume production of added value plastic parts.

The buyer is currently developing a new packaging solution. Therefore, in order to be able to mass-produce a new product line, the buyer is planning to build-up or to acquire a GMP manufacturing site in Europe, ideally an already established site.
