East European Company with international presence is seeking to expand its business in UK and Germany. Established more than 14 years ago, the Company is a high profile outsourcing service provider for IT infrastructure services in Central Eastern Europe, serving world class companies, optimising infrastructure cost for their clients. The Company had a revenue of more than 2 M € in 2015.

The Company offers flexible and cost-effective services for installation, operation and development of ICT infrastructures. The Company´s services are based on the requirements of ITIL, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

With a significant growth in the past years, the Company´s strategy is now to expand its IT business in the UK and in the German markets through and add on process, in order to benefit from synergies. For this reason, the Company has decided to implement a robust growth strategic plan whereas the Company intends to acquire a significant German or British medium sized company active in the IT and infrastructure sector, provides with corporate and SME clientele to expand the Eastern European service platform and to enhance the marketing and onsite service support capacity in Germany or in the UK.

The buyer has identified the German and the UK market for the ICT infrastructure services for medium size firms as a key growth priority for the next years. In order to implement this business strategy the Company intends to acquire a German or a British company with similar service portfolio. The Company has the expertise, the local knowledge to build the service center in East Europe. Hence, and according to the buyer´s strategic plan, the new business unit would have two locations, one of them specialized in sales, marketing, project management and on-site support in Germany or in the UK. The second one, a remote IT support center in Easter Europe.

The buyer is looking for an IT Infrastructure company with ideally a stable sales record, similar service portfolio and SME clientele. The main services offered by the buyer are the following:
