The acquisition would also help the target company, possible synergies would include sharing drivers, trucks, operations, and clients.

The buyer is well established in the business clients of biggest European producers and 3rd party logistics companies.

The buyer is interested in company acquisition in the Northern European market, or from another country, but it should be specializing on deliveries in Northern Europe. The owners will be happy to receive offers to companies for sale also In Germany or another central European country.

The company for sale could be specialized in forwarding, not forwarding, cargo transportation using 40-44t trucks with trailers in north-western EU.
