API manufacturing plant for sale

This plant for sale is a ready-to-use API manufacturing plant in located in one of the largest cities in China. The plant started the first production more than 5 years ago and was built because of the global strategic production restructuring of the parent group. The plant was built with four segregated production lines with the capability to interlink. The plant is now at the pilot production stage, using the formula provided by the parent company. The testing result of the operational status of equipment is satisfying and is ready to use by the new owner.

The plant is designed to be able to produce variable API / intermediates. The company is designed to strictly meet the cGMP standard and all other related standards.

The buyer of the plant will get a complete set of manufacturing facilities including land use right, buildings, production equipment, testing equipment and utilities, although the formulas and intellectual property will stay with the buyer. The production team and other staff can stay with the plant, that is up to the buyer’s decision.

The assets of the plant include almost 40ths of square meters of land with three office and warehouse buildings. The warehouse buildings are very modern and feature cold storage capacity and hazard storage capacity.

The plant features four segregated production lines with the capability to interlink through the material airlock. The production line is suitable for different kinds of API / Intermediate production, such as:
