Skills & Experience

Tomas studied at the Masaryk university, Faculty of Economics (Brno, Czech republic) and got a master degree in Finance and accounting. Before getting involved in M&A advisery, Tomas was involved in multiple positions mainly in financial audit, tax advisery or internal audit fields.

Tomas is experienced in managing acquisition processes in Czech Republic and Slovakia and has experience with multiple local and cross-border acquisitions. Currently, Tomas is helping with extending a Corporate Finance network (CFIE) across Europe.
